    A Higashi-Nakano favourite since 2017, named after the area's old place name, serving a crystal-clear golden pork broth (buta chintan) clarified with a Chinese technique and layered with six stocks and dashi. The menu is simply shio or shoyu ramen with thin noodles and kaedama refills, at friendly prices.
