    A hand-made-noodle shop by Shibasaki Station, opened in June 2022 by a chef trained at Niboshi Tsukemen Miyamoto. Thick, chewy, hand-cut noodles with whole-wheat flour star in a shoyu soup of Kurosatsuma and Hakata jidori chicken, duck, pork, niboshi and kombu, and in a rich abura soba.

    （英文）About 3–4 minutes from the north exit of Keio Line Shibasaki Station. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Bookable slots are offered on TableCheck. The noodles are thicker than udon in places, so the abura soba is a good way to taste them; the shoyu chuka soba is the classic.
