    A hand-made-noodle shop by Shibasaki Station, opened in June 2022 by a chef trained at Niboshi Tsukemen Miyamoto. Thick, chewy, hand-cut noodles with whole-wheat flour star in a shoyu soup of Kurosatsuma and Hakata jidori chicken, duck, pork, niboshi and kombu, and in a rich abura soba.
