    A popular Hino shop in the Eifukucho Taishoken tradition, run by an owner who trained at the now-closed Umegaoka Taishoken. Expect a piping-hot, lightly sweet soy broth with a toasty niboshi finish, with tsukemen and chicken chashu as less usual extras for this style.
