    A tsukemen shop opened in 2024 by a chef who spent 11 years at the famous Noroshi, running its main shop and launching its Omiya branch. The star is a hand-made, very high-hydration extra-thick noodle with a granite (mikage) speckle, and the mikage tsukemen placed 4th in TRY 2025 new-shop tsukemen; a Facebook ramen group calls it #1 on Ramen DB nationally.
