    The flagship of the Gamushara group, a ginger-soy specialist steps from Hatagaya Station serving Niigata-style ramen. The house noodles are made from 100% Japanese wheat in a flat, kishimen-like ripple, and the soy broth built on pork tail and dried fish gets its edge from ginger.
