    The first shop of Tomoharu Shono's Mensho group, open since September 2005 just below the Ichigaya moat. It turns out polished shoyu ramen and ajitama tsukemen, and has run morning-ramen menus including natto ramen.

    （英文）About 3 minutes from Ichigaya Station: head down the slope by the moat; it's on a back street just off it. Around 15 counter seats; order at the ticket machine, which takes credit cards and e-money. Open until 23:00 on weekdays. Try the tokusei (deluxe) ramen or the ajitama tsukemen.
