    Kyoto-style, MSG-free ramen from an owner who spent about 30 years cooking Japanese cuisine in Kyoto ryotei before opening ramen shops in Kyoto and Kanazawa, then this one in 2021. The house Fukufuku bowl is a 15-hour pork-bone soy broth with low-hydration thin noodles, Kujo green onions and two kinds of domestic pork chashu.

    （英文）About 10–12 minutes on foot from the South Exit of Yachiyo-Midorigaoka Station (Toyo Rapid Railway). There are six parking spaces. On weekends it opens for morning ramen at 7:00. Fukufuku is ¥1,050 and the Fukufuku Special ¥1,300. Cash, PayPay, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. 11 counter seats plus two tables for two.
