    Kyoto-style, MSG-free ramen from an owner who spent about 30 years cooking Japanese cuisine in Kyoto ryotei before opening ramen shops in Kyoto and Kanazawa, then this one in 2021. The house Fukufuku bowl is a 15-hour pork-bone soy broth with low-hydration thin noodles, Kujo green onions and two kinds of domestic pork chashu.

Fukufuku is ¥1,050 and the Fukufuku Special ¥1,300. Cash, PayPay, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. 11 counter seats plus two tables for two.
