    The 2008 Nogata original of the Hanamichian miso style, a source of many Tokyo miso shops, where miso is seared in a high-heat wok and simmered over ten hours into a dense soup for thick noodles. Bowls come piled with bean sprouts and thick chashu, and the shop has been listed by the Michelin Bib Gourmand according to its operator.
