    A self-taught owner's dense pork-and-fish ramen on the Shimura shopping street, built on thick-cut mackerel flakes and two-day pork bone stock with straight, chewy medium-thick noodles. Opened in September 2024, it placed third overall in the TRY 2025 new-shop awards and won its mixed-broth category.
