A one-man shop north of Nakano Station, opened in 2017 by a Taishoken-trained cook and known for a neat, carefully made seafood-tonkotsu soup and remarkably fast service. Its ajitama ramen placed 10th in the mixed category of the TRY 2021 established-shop awards.

（英文）8–9 minutes on foot from the North Exit of Nakano Station (JR Chuo/Sobu and Tozai Lines). Nine counter seats, non-smoking. Ramen around ¥850, ajitama ramen about ¥950, with a spicy version and small rice bowls such as iwashi-bushi egg rice. Saturday is lunch only.
