A one-man shop north of Nakano Station, opened in 2017 by a Taishoken-trained cook and known for a neat, carefully made seafood-tonkotsu soup and remarkably fast service. Its ajitama ramen placed 10th in the mixed category of the TRY 2021 established-shop awards.
