An Akasaka oyster-ramen shop opened by a former globe-trotting salaryman who learned his craft at Hechikan in Yokohama, after starting out as a borrowed-space pop-up in Shinbashi in 2024. The kaki soba is like an oyster potage, rich and almost all oyster flavour, and it featured in the TRY 2025 new-shop original category.

（英文）2-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station exit 10 (Ginza/Marunouchi Lines). Weekdays only; expect a lunch queue. 5 counter seats and 8 table seats; cash only. Evening seats (Mon/Wed/Fri) can be reserved by phone or Instagram DM. Kaki soba ¥1,200; add a mentaiko kaedama (extra noodles) for ¥400 to finish the soup.
