A rare Wakayama-ramen shop near Toda Station, from the owner of Menya Agara (an Ide-style tonkotsu shoyu shop opened in 2013), devoted to the 'Shakomae' style said to descend from the first Wakayama ramen stall. Expect a sharp, rich soy-tonkotsu broth; the chuka soba took 2nd in TRY 2025 new-shop tonkotsu.
