    A November 2024 opening next to Ochiai Station that swept the TRY 2025 new-shop awards, taking first overall plus the shoyu and shio categories. The layered soup uses more than 20 ingredients, led by Choshu Kurokashiwa chicken from the owner's home prefecture of Yamaguchi, with clams, scallops and three kinds of kombu, served with hand-rubbed noodles.
