    A one-man shop by Okubo Station's south exit, open since June 2016, from an owner who trained at Kazuya and Hayashimaru in the Tantantei lineage. Alongside the classic shina soba and wonton men, its signature miso soba is the house speciality and regularly ranks among the Tokyo area's top miso bowls.
