    A reservation-only ramen tasting counter in Kyodo from Hiroshi Yamaguchi, founder of Ramen Yamaguchi. One nightly seating serves a ¥10,000 course built around ramen, with seasonal ingredients such as Aizu chicken, Yamagata duck and Shizuoka pork, refreshed every three months.
