    A seven-seat Funabori counter shop opened in 2025 by Yusuke Azusa, who spent 20 years in Italian kitchens before switching to ramen. The house style is a ginger-forward shoyu ramen with flat, medium-thick noodles, and the wonton version ranked 2nd in its TRY 2025 new-shop category.
