    A heavyweight tonkotsu shop in Yamato opened in December 2014 by the chef who ran the soup at the Iekei shop Ichirokuya, and who still watches every batch of bones for colour and aroma. Its plain ramen has repeatedly topped the TRY Ramen Awards veteran tonkotsu category, including 1st place in 2025.
