    A chicken-paitan ramen shop near Inage Station opened in 2023 by Kenichi Kageyama, the hotel-trained Chinese chef behind Jiyugaoka's Kageyama chain. The rich yet drinkable chicken broth comes as shio or shoyu with slightly wavy noodles, backed by house-made gyoza and shumai and drinks for a casual 'chobi-nomi'.
