    A Jiro-style shop with thick house-made noodles, opened in July 2019 by a former manager of the Fujimaru branches in Itabashi-Minamicho and Nishiarai-Daishi. Its ramen took 2nd place in the TRY 2020 newcomer tonkotsu category.
