    A tonkotsu shop near Shibusawa Station run by a chef who spent 24 years at the famous Nantsuttei after travelling from Ibaraki to beg for an apprenticeship. Pork bones and chicken carcasses are simmered from scratch daily with house-made noodles, and the black garlic-oil kuro ramen won 1st in the TRY Ramen Awards 2025 new-shop tonkotsu category.
