    A Gyotoku-area shop opened in 2009 by owner 'Johnny' after training at Ramen Ninniku in Gyotoku, and known for constantly refining its soups. Its creamy chicken paitan made from four kinds of jidori placed 3rd for chicken paitan in TRY 2025, and creative limited bowls are a draw.
