    Opened in 2020 by a former comedian who trained at Chuka Sobaya Ito and its Ginza branch, this Hatanodai shop is famous for its 'Nibo Nibo Cino', soupless noodles coated in niboshi powder that TRY calls mellow with no bitterness. Its 'Nibo Nibo Weizen' placed 4th in TRY 2025 veteran soupless, and the owner also runs Dad's Ramen nearby.
