    A no-frills Oji-Kamiya shop opened in 2004 by Kiyokatsu Ito, who learned the recipe from his brother at the family ramen shop in Kakunodate, Akita. Its small, sardine-driven bowl of 'soba' is famously cheap and ranked in TRY 2025's niboshi category.
