Originalbeschreibung (Englisch)Dieser Artikel ist derzeit nur auf Englisch verfügbar

A late-night Hakata Nagahama-style tonkotsu shop on Shin-Ome-kaido, whose pungent, reddish-brown pork-bone soup has made it a legend among Tokyo tonkotsu fans. Thin, firm noodles, plenty of small dishes to drink with, and a bar downstairs make it a nighttime hangout.
