Originalbeschreibung (Englisch)Dieser Artikel ist derzeit nur auf Englisch verfügbar

A Koenji favourite since 2004 tucked down an alley off Koshin-dori, run by an owner who trained at Kazuya in Meguro and a hand-made soba shop. Everything from noodles to toppings is made in-house, and the silky, slippery wontons in a chicken-and-niboshi broth with a Japanese-dashi base are the reason people queue.
