    Winner of the 2024 TRY Ramen Award's new-shop category, this one-bowl shop began as a pop-up in Fudomae and now trades in Shimomaruko's shopping street. A softly aromatic niboshi-and-bonito Tokyo chuka soba with whole-wheat straight noodles is the only ramen, best ordered with the springy house-made wontons.
