    A Jiro-inspired 'gatsuri' (hearty) ramen shop on Tokiwa-dori opposite Don Quijote, opened in March 2025 as a branch of a brand from Ishikawa. Small, medium and large noodle portions cost the same, and free toppings of vegetables and back fat are ordered by ticket rather than a shouted call.

Noodle sizes: small 320 g, medium 480 g, large 640 g (cooked) at one price, ramen about ¥1,000. Chopped garlic is self-serve on the counter. The aisle behind the 7–8 counter seats is very narrow.
