    A fully plant-based ramen shop in Shibuya's Udagawacho, opened in April 2026 by a woman owner, drawing on Buddhist shojin cooking for a broth with no meat, fish, eggs or dairy. The yuzu shio ramen is the signature, with a savoury vegan mazesoba as the brothless option.
