    The 2011 original of the Mutahiro group in Kokubunji, now a niboshi soba specialist after its chicken soba moved to a dedicated shop by the north exit. The soup is slow-cooked from Ibukijima niboshi and served with extra-thick noodles plus a single sheet-like 'ittan' noodle.
