    A quirky tsukemen shop run out of a trailer house on the Tamagawa Josui canal road near Seibu-Tachikawa Station, by an owner with 14 years running ramen shops. Shrimp tsukemen is the number-one seller, and the shop also makes its own gyoza, wrappers included.
