    A neighbourhood chuka soba shop in the Haginaka shopping street that moved here from its first spot nearby, known for a nostalgic, naruto-topped bowl that about eight in ten customers order. The clear double soup blends Daisen chicken with kombu, soda-bonito and mackerel flakes, topped with seared simmered pork and low-temperature chicken breast.
