    A Kazuya-lineage shina soba shop by Oyama Station, opened in December 2021 by a chef who trained there for ten years. Expect house-made noodles in a clear shoyu soup with the signature meaty wontons, plus a well-liked tantanmen and lu rou fan on the side.
