    A miso ramen shop on Route 140 in Chichibu run by a former factory worker who trained for three years at a popular Kanagawa shop. The signature miso chuka comes topped with a raw egg yolk for a rich, heavy bowl, placed 5th in TRY 2025 new-shop miso, with red-miso negi and white-miso ramen also popular.
