    A Kurume-style tonkotsu shop in Kisarazu, opened in April 2022 with a licence from Fukuoka's Oki Shokudo, where the owner was a regular from high school. The brown soup of pig heads, leg bones and backbones is built on stock handed down from the original, paired with soft medium-thin noodles, and ranked 6th in TRY 2025 veteran tonkotsu.

By public transport take a Kominato bus from JR Sodegaura to 'Kaneda Nakajima Higashi' (6-minute walk); Iwane Station is ~30 minutes on foot. 9 counter seats and 20 table seats; cash only. Pair the ramen (¥850) with the yakimeshi fried rice, the classic Kurume combo.
