    A new chuka soba brand from the Setagaya ramen group, opened in May 2026 in the former Hirugao Ookayama space. The shoyu soup draws on chicken, pork and kombu, paired with smooth noodles from domestic wheat, with wonton-men and tsukesoba alongside.
