    A Shimbashi counter whose star is a tsukesoba recreating the style of Ogikubo's Maruchou Chuka Soba-ten, the tsukemen pioneer that closed in November 2023. It also serves an aromatic chuka soba and runs from mid-morning until midnight, with queues even late at night.
