    A Ginza chuka soba shop founded in 1956 that closed in 2016 when its building was rebuilt, then returned in a new home in May 2019. It serves old-fashioned soy chuka soba, a rare taste of postwar Tokyo ramen a few blocks from Ginza's main streets.
