    A husband-and-wife niboshi shop near Chitose-Funabashi, open since 2017, run by an owner who trained at Eifukucho Taishoken and Takechan Niboshi Ramen. The clean, bitter-edged sardine broth comes in soy or salt with charcoal-hung roast pork, and it placed second in the TRY 2025 famous-shop niboshi category.
