    A nine-seat counter near Kodemmacho run by a cook from Do-Miso and Junk Garage. Alongside a clean, MSG-free chuka soba, the signature Stamina Chuka mixes Aomori negi ramen, Arirang-style garlic heat and Jiro-style punch, and you can add raw eggs at the ticket machine.
