    A Yokohama-style iekei ramen shop in the bar streets north of Nakano Station, relaunched as an iekei specialist in 2018 by an owner trained in the Budoka line. The pork-and-chicken soy soup is lighter and less greasy than many iekei bowls, with Mikawaya medium-thick noodles, shoulder chashu and big sheets of nori, plus cheap rice.
