Description originale (en anglais)Cet article n’est disponible qu’en anglais pour le moment

A Togoshi-Ginza shop of 18 years built on a carefully made Japanese-dashi soup, house-made noodles from 100% Japanese wheat and three kinds of slow-cooked chashu. Seasonal bowls such as a summer green masala ramen or a sudachi hot-and-sour soup keep regulars coming back, and there is house lemon sour for a light drink.
