    A long-popular Higashi-Ikebukuro shop, open since 2013, built on the idea of 'giving back to the Chiba sea' with a soup of Kujukuri niboshi. Its signature pairs that sardine broth with black truffle paste, and the truffle 'aedama' (a dressed extra noodle portion) is a must-order.
