    An inventive small shop in Higashimatsuyama with a wide-ranging menu: clear ginger-shoyu and yuzu-shio ramen, a spicy miso, and a chicken-paitan 'tori-bonara' carbonara-style bowl. Rotating specials such as a Miyazaki-style tonkotsu karamen and soupless tantanmen keep regulars coming back.
