    An eight-seat Higashi-Iwatsuki shop serving Nagaoka-style ginger-shoyu ramen: a clear pork broth sharpened with ginger, with medium-thin wavy noodles. The shio chashu-men piled with sliced pork is the other favourite, and the queue is a fixture.
