    A Tokorozawa shop opened in October 2018 by a Saitama-born chef who trained at several famous Tokyo shops and runs it with his wife, built around hand-rubbed (temomi) house noodles. Its mazesoba took 2nd in the TRY 2025 veteran soupless category, and the tanrei (light) tsukemen draws early-morning sign-up queues.
