    Tokyo's first officially recognised shop for Kasaoka ramen, a regional style from Okayama, opened in March 2024 on Yasukuni-dori in Jimbocho. Both soup and chashu use mature hens (oyadori), giving a strong chicken flavour and firm, chewy slices, with free house-made garlic-chive sauce for changing the taste.
