    A ramen shop near Akihabara run in person by mixed martial artist Yu Saito, the first RIZIN featherweight champion, opened in January 2025. Lunch centres on a creamy Wagyu beef paitan tanmen and dinner on a Wagyu beef-fat mazesoba; the tanmen won the original category of the TRY 2025 new-shop awards.
